Mission

At 4Elite Training Academy, we recognize that football is the ultimate team sport; one that teaches discipline, perseverance, and leadership. But more importantly, we know that football is a vehicle for growth, not the only way of life. Our mission is to impact youth through sports, creating lifelong memories while preparing them for success on and off the field. Through a safe and positive environment, we focus on developing athletes by emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our 7v7 program provides the optimal opportunity for skill-position players to refine their game, build connections in the recruiting world, and gain valuable exposure to colleges and media outlets. At 4Elite, we live by the principle of academics first, athletics second; ensuring that every athlete becomes well-rounded, disciplined, and prepared for the next level of play or stage of life.

Girls’ Flag Football Mission

As part of our commitment to opportunity and equity in sports, 4Elite proudly introduces Girls’ Flag Football; a platform designed to empower young women through competition, community, and confidence. Girls’ Flag Football is now an official CIF-sanctioned sport in California and one of the fastest-growing sports nationwide, with college scholarships and Olympic opportunities on the horizon. Our mission is to provide girls with access to high-level training, mentorship, and leadership development, helping them break barriers and open doors to new athletic and academic futures. Through our program, female athletes will learn the same principles that define 4Elite: hard work, teamwork, academic excellence, and personal growth. Whether they’re competing for the first time or pursuing college-level play, we’re dedicated to helping them succeed; and to building the next generation of elite women in sports.

GOALS

• To become the premiere 7v7 and Girls’ Flag Football program for middle and high school athletes in Los Angeles County and beyond.

• To develop each player’s character, leadership, and sportsmanship through the game of football.

• To provide athletes with high-quality coaching, mentorship, and sports science instruction that enhances performance and builds confidence.

• To foster an environment where hard work, unity, and growth are the foundation for success.

• To prepare athletes both academically and athletically for advancement to college or future life opportunities.

• To elevate the level of play across Los Angeles County school programs.

• To connect student-athletes with college recruiters, media exposure, and scholarship opportunities.

• To assist athletes with camps, campus visits, test preparation, and overall college readiness.
