About the Event
The 4Elite Back-to-School Health Fair & Backpack Drive is designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year while connecting them to essential health and community resources.
This free event will bring together healthcare providers, public agencies, nonprofits, food vendors, social service organizations, and community partners to support families across East Los Angeles and surrounding communities.

Event Goals
Our goal is to serve 500–1,000 community members by increasing access to care, promoting prevention, supporting school readiness, and connecting families to services that improve long-term well-being.
This event supports key community priorities including:
Access to care, food security, youth development, mental wellness, income security, and family resource navigation.

Presenting Health Partner – $15,000
Health Sponsor – $10,000
